The Garmin ® Approach S1 is unlike any other golf GPS. I love the GPS golf watch.
My only problem with the watch is the difficulty to turn it off or on. Also, in starting the charging of the watch. I am sure with a little ;practice I will be able to be more efficient in its use.

Works Great!
I bought S1 for my wife to replace Skycaddie G5. It works great, holds charge for up to 8 hrs, and there no yearly subscription fees. What's not to like !

More than expected
As a newbie, the range finder is too expensive and not necessary since I never know if I could hit the distance I get. But in order to choose the right club and try to reach where I want, this product is perfect for me. Also, it's convenient because it's right on your wrist and more surprisingly accurate (sorry to say this but my expectation with this model and with this price wasn't high).
I definitely recomment for golfers like me. ^^

Best GPS on market for Golfers
We have two of these arm GPS watches. One for my spouse and now one for me. Great for golf and best of all, you can't loose it or leave it in the golf cart. Looking forward to improving my golf game now that I own the "Garmin Approach S1W GPS Watch".

I always had trouble figuring out the yardage, now with my new Garmin S1, I hit longer and get to the green faster. My score has improved greatly.
