Customer Reviews:

Wright & McGill Blair Wiggins S-Curve Saltwater Fly Rods 4 5 1 1
Not too shabby I just got this rod and have only used it several times. The action is perfect. I got the 8 weight and it can really toss a fly out there. It is comfortable in your hand for many hours on end. The color is cool, and overall craftsmanship is pretty outstanding for the price. Yesterday I did however have a repeated issue with the last section of the rod, the tip, coming apart while I was casting. I am not sure why it was doing it but it did it maybe five times in a few hours of fishing and it was quite annoying. I have not used it again, and had not had the problem before, so I am not sure what was going on there. I will report back if the issue persists. December 24, 2012
