Stiga Master Series ST2100 Indoor Table Tennis Table 2.7 5 22 22
Worst product I ever purchased I wasted so much of my time and effort putting this thing together only to take it apart and return it due to it's poor quality. There goes a few hours of my life I'll never get back. Thanks Stiga!! November 21, 2014
Don't waste your $$$ I am writing this review and I haven't even finished putting the table together. The directions are poorly written and there are parts missing. We are already discussing selling this on Craig's List. I got this as a gift or else I would be returning it!! June 6, 2014
Great buy for the price Table is worth the price for the average player looking to enjoy a game without spending a ton of cash. It took about 3 hours to build by myself. The only con is the wheels line up exactly the same in the middle leaving a big space. Easily solved by popping out one side of wheels. I am very happy with this purchase. March 5, 2014
Great table, great value! The table was a great buy for the price, and it folds up for extremely compact storage, which was the reason we bought it. Assembly is fairly simple, and it is a good table that will last for a while. February 27, 2014
solid table for the $$ This is a pretty solid table for $200. The directions need to be followed EXACTLY for it to work right, but if you follow all the details, you will not have the problem of the wheels not lining up correctly when the two halves are put together. The directions do point out to make sure your wheels are in the correct spots based on the distance from the end of the support rod, but not til the end of that step, so I had to dis-assemble one support rod and put it back together the correct way. Still, it took me about 4 hours to put the table together. Just pay attention to every detail in the instructions and you will be fine. The table is pretty solid and not wobbly. There is a seam down the middle due to the table top being 4 pieces, but with careful assembly this won't really affect your play, as long as you are playing for recreation and not expecting a competition grade table for this price. I LOVE THIS TABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This table is great! It is great for kids. I am going to recommend this table because it the best I've ever seen. November 30, 2013
Good value for price After reading other reviews (and setup issues) I purchased and timed my assembly at 1 hour 45 minutes (I was in a hurry). You do need to follow the instructions carefully and assembly is a bit of a chore. Everything works fine and I feel I got good value for my money. Within 2 hours we were playing ping pong in the garage - kids love it. Need to be careful moving it around - these tables have soft wood and corners chip easy. Also, like any 4 piece table, it does not stand up to kids leaning on it in and will sag. I ended up putting a wooden support on each end - way too many kids playing... August 10, 2013
Wonderful Great Product. Took about 4 hours to assemble. Issue with wheels (Caster Assemblies). Even after reviewing other reviews about the product and other customers' experiences with wheels not staggering after assembly, I still purchased the product. After several hours of assembly, to my dismay, I discovered that the wheels were not offset and left a gap in the middle of the table. Luckily, I had the correct tools to drill pilot holes within Connecting End Rail to allow the wheels to be offset and permit the table to join together properly for play. I knew in advance that this may happen and even attempted to assemble the 2nd Connecting End Rail opposite the first, and still ran into the same issue. It appears the problem is that the manufacturer provided two identical Connecting End Rails making it impossible for the wheels to offset. Bottom Line: My family loves the table, as do I. It folds up neatly allowing for easy storage, great product. Hopefully the manufacturer is aware of the same issue customers are having, regarding the wheels. I plan on emailing them and making them aware. April 23, 2013
You get what you pay for (mostly). I bought the table on sale for $150, had it put together in a few hours, and didn't have the problem other people had with the wheels, though i see how it can happen. Assembly is difficult, and the instructions definitely could be clearer. As for the table itself, it is 4 pieces, which, as others have said, effects gameplay if the ball hits the middle seam. The tabletop itself is pretty flimsy too, compared to other tables so be careful not to put too much weight on it. Also, the wheels don't swivel, which kind of defeats the purpose of having them at all when trying to move it as it only rolls left and right. Overall, it's a pretty junky table if your serious about the game, or if you want it to last. March 1, 2013
Poor directions - But you have the right parts... I'll try to keep this objective... It's a cheap ping pong table. If you want something for the kids to play on, it's perfect. But, it is a four piece table and has a crack down the middle. The kids don't care. If you're a serious player, don't buy cheap garbage and come on websites and gripe about it. There is a mistake in the directions. It clearly states to build both middle braces (with the wheels) the same. If you do this, the wheels will line up perfectly ON each other and the table will not come together in the middle. Thankfully, I noticed the wheel problem BEFORE I screwed it to the second half of the table. I returned to this website to see if anyone else was having the same problem. I found all these negative reviews. Let me save you some headaches. The wheels are different lengths from the end of the bar. If you put the second bar's wheels and braces on the OPPOSITE side of the bar, the wheels will stagger when you put the halves together. The bar goes on the second half of the table SAME SIDE UP, but FLIPPED 180 degrees from the first. If this doesn't make sense, put the four pieces upside down on the floor before you start assembly. Once the bars are assembled, place the brackets over the pilot holes to see if the wheel stagger. February 26, 2013
