Shipping of Product
Gentlemen: We ordered a tennis net in May and told we would have it in 2 weeks. According to tracking records, it was shipped and received in that time. When we went to pick it up a week later, the store said it hadn't arrived (i.e.they didn't even bother to look except at a computer) We took down the printout from the tracking message a few days later and, sure enough, it was there!
