Rated 1 out of 5 by absolutely useless product are you kidding me... take 300 dollars, shred it, and throw it at the Mets ticker tape parade..... taking down and putting up.. over an hour... it never looks like the picture no matter how close you follow the instructions .. the sections kind of snap in half.. no amount of duct tape will hold it together... most awful purchase I made at Dicks. I haven't gotten my one use out of it yet and it already needs replacement parts. October 23, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great cage, but Love the cage. My daughter loves it as well. The only problem I have with the cage is the stakes. The tent stakes it comes with didn't work at all. Went to the hardware store and got some gardening stakes and worked perfect. Also took longer than 15 minutes to set up. September 7, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesn't Last The pole sleeves rot and disintegrate within 2 years. May 2, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good cage when used CORRECTLY My son probably hit 20,000+ pitches over the past 2 summers with this cage. I cut the hole and made it bigger so I could move my pitching machine (I have a high quality machine) back to 40'. I also used the dense FOAM, limited flight dimpled balls, not the hard plastic machine balls or real baseballs. Even when my son crushed one right back through the hole there was no concern over someone getting hurt (although it would certainly sting) or causing damage. You HAVE to take this cage down if windy. Also, the casing that holds the poles doesn't hold up well to the rain and sun. For $300 we got WAY more than our money's worth out of this cage. Now that my son is moving up to 50/70 I had to spend 6x's the amount for a bigger/better cage. March 12, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great customer service For the price, this was a great purchase. 5 Stars are for service... During Hurricane Sandy, all the poles were snapped. I called customer service in the spring to ask how to purchase new poles. The poles were sent to me immediately, free of charge or shipping. Incredible. June 17, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not a good cage Bought it for my grandkids for their birthdays. Being so young I thought it would be good for them because of the size. Pretty easy set up. Just too flimsy though. The cage was tilting from side to side, my grandkids hit the ball back through the pitching hole. I'm surprised the company didn't make it better so that doesn't happen. I'd hate for my 4 year old to get hit by one of those balls. We took it back and exchanged it for another cage around the same price. I won't be buying from this company again. July 8, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great concept, poor craftsmanship The net is too light and cheap. The very first round of soft toss my 12 year old son was hitting the ball and the net was breaking at the seems. Several holes after about 30 minutes of hitting. I purchased a 2 year warranty with it, thinking I would have this cage for awhile but it's not holding up. April 15, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for beginner to teenager Easy to set up, very sturdy if staked down. No more keeping track of where the balls end up or damage to the house. Portable for team use. Net is not the best material but it gets the job done. My 10u softball team gets a lot of practice in it! December 14, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very satisfied Probably should have waited til spring but kids couldn't wait. Put up cage in about 20 min. by myself, pretty easy. Weather been blustery but cage stayed up good, stakes and tie down ropes work. My kids getting lots of cuts off the Pitch to Hit machine. Darn good for the money. November 23, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value and easy to put up My 8 year old son and 10 year old daughter are having a blast. A couple of windy days didn't bother it. Using the Fencebuster machine, very accurate. My kids seem to like hitting the FB balls, kind of look like game balls. November 23, 2011
