EXACTLY what a wedge should be
I purchased this club to put another wedge in my bag. Had good results from the in-store hitting area but I don't put a lot of salt into those results; I like to see it fly. Took it to the range and the club responded exactly how it should have. Nice high ball flight and you could tell the ball wanted to stop when it hit the ground. Chips, pitches and half-swing shots went off without a hitch. I can't wait to get it out on the course.

I shopped around and looked at several choices of wedges. Couldn't of bought a better club. Love it!

Excellent choice of wedges
Cleveland has produced the quality of wedges that they are expected to. Classic look and great forged feeling gives the confidence you look for in a wedge to attack pin locations. With these wedges you can go at the flag as aggressive as you want. Taking a full swing and going right at the flag, the ball (also depends on what type of green and ball being used) will stop in it's tracks or you can pull the string on it if your a good ball striker. These wedges allow you to spin the ball back, check it, or hit the bump and run. Depending on what type of shot you are trying and your execution will be the results of what you get.

Cleveland's 588
Recently purchased a 588 in 54 deg. Bought it primarily to use as a sand wedge. So far it has worked to my liking. Can't think of anything I do not like about it.

I would buy this product again
It's an easy wedge to use, especially for shots around the green and when you have a bunker between you and the green.

Worth every penny
Cleveland doing what Cleveland does best.... Making wedges! Best and most confidnt clubs in my bag. Went with the 56 & the 50 degree. Best money I spent on any club and that includes my MC Taylor Made irons, R11 Driver, & the RBZ 3 Wood. Great job Cleveland!!
