What I was looking for...
I had bought some headbands that were round. I like these so much better, they lay flat and don't come off my head while I am running. It is the answer for anyone with layers in their hair because it keeps the hair back and out of your way while you exercise.

Cute
So far ive used these for snowboarding and jogging. I have medium length, curly hair. They work pretty well but they need to be adjusted quite often depending in your level of activity.

They don't stay on!
I loved how these looked in my hair, but after 5 minutes they start sliding back and fall out. I have lost two already because I did not notice when they slid back. What a waste of money. Cute, but NOT ffunctional.

These do not work!
I bought these thinking they would work and they keep sliding on my hair and coming off. They don't work that great.

Better than most...
My daughter uses these types of headbands regularly for sports, and these have been the most effective at not slipping. They seem to have better grip and elasticity. None of these types of headbands every stay put 100% of the time, but these are the most effective ones I've found yet!

These headbands are the best. They are the only ones we have found that actually stay put in your hair.

Like the Look - wish had better hold
I wear headbands all the time when I work out. I like the colors in this package. They hold their color, shape and size in the wash (I don't put them in the dryer). My only concern is if I don't get it just right on my head it slides off (even with the tacky stuff on the backing). I used to always get the thicker bands however they don't seem available anymore. It seems like once you get it in the proper postion on your head it stays put.
