Good and Bad When I received this, I was pretty anxious to begin shooting my Barnett Ghost 400 at it. After reading the reviews on this and seeing how it held up for other people I decided to run with it even though it was one of the most expensive ones. Unfortunately, it swallowed an arrow shot at it from 50 yards away. It had a weak spot near the center that caused it to not stop the arrow and the fletching was in pretty bad shape after finally removing it. That is the reason for the low review on value and quality. These arrows cost $5 - $7 a pop and while it held it's own with several other shots, I am constantly worried that I will hit another weak spot and lose more arrows. If it wasn't for that weak spot, It easily would have received 5 stars, as it stopped the arrows coming from one of the most powerful crossbows on the market with only 6 to 7 inches of penetration and it was quit easy to pull them out. great target! this is a great target for the recreational archer. You can stack it on bales or if you like suspend it. Having a replaceable cover is great is you use yours to oblivion! Excellent price and great quality. July 23, 2012
