Look good but
When I got these sandals at first I was happy with them. I thought they would be comfortable and they looked good, unfortunately I found that they can't be worn for longer than like 5 hours. They started chafing.

Great Pear of Sandals
I have owned multiple pairs of Ocean Minded sandals for almost 7 years now... I have never had a problem with any of them and the comfort and style is what draws me back year after year. I owned the Mokalua Sandal for a few years, which is their top of the line sandal. They don't make that model anymore, but the Southern baja is just as good. Quality materials are used. I get a lot of use out of sandals, wearing them everyday. I would say that a typical pair of ocean minded sandals last about a full year, which is pretty good considering how much use I get out of them. I use them for walking, biking, driving, and even hiking. One thing you should know about these (and others) is that they take a while to fully break in. These are designed to mold custom to your feet. Because quality leather is used, it takes about three (3) weeks to fully break it. Thats a long time, but the result is worth it. Don't try to wear them too much at first, because what happened to me is that I developed a cut/blister around the strap. But after this break-in period, you will never experience uncomfortable straps that are typical of other flip flops. For example, that between the big toe irritation does not occur with these because a different softer material is used. Expect these to last you a long time. Also, don't let them sit out in the sun because the leather will shrink... If a smell starts to develop, a good tip is to put them in the freezer. This kills the odor-causing bacteria. Just get these, you won't be disappointed. The company is also committed to protecting beaches, and a portion of profits goes towards keeping beaches.
