With two integrated pull-tabs and the EZ slide feature in the two smallest toes, on/off is quick and easy. The TriFit also has an EVA counter support in the heel contained in a lightweight, two-piece outsole for support without added weight. A nylon and rubber blend upper provides maximum flexibility and stretch for all activities.

Great for running
I got these as a gift. always wanted a pair and for the most part they are great for most sports. I run 5-6 miles in them 3x a week and they are very comfortable but, they do take some getting use to. My calfs never burned so bad at first but i belive they made them stronger.
I recently ran a spartan race in them but never again. They have almost no traction in mud.

well worth money
I bought them mainly for kayaking getting in and out of the kayak and not worrying about sharp rocks, sticks or other surprises underfoot is nice. They are very comfortable kinda like being barefoot with padding.

A bit disappointed
I thought I could dabble in minimalist running with these, but they didn't work for me. I got some foot irritations along the sides when they got wet/moist.
This really serves better as a casual, recreational water-shoe.
Do not dry after washing! The shoe easily shrunk 1 full size when I threw them into the dryer without thinking.
