plain jain with a few bells
The price pretty much matches the quality. This is't a flipping stick as some might make it out to be.It's got backbone&nice guides for weed line edges, small pockets 10-15 feet of water, maybe some river bank jig and craw.Line weight 14# comfortably, maybe some braid to but not heavy matted weeds.Good pitching stick a too.A fun rod to fish light but powerful but don't horse it.

Love this rod.
This rod has done well so far. I fish from a kayak so I need a rod that has some bend to it to bring the fish in the boat. The eyelets are durable and provide smooth, accurtate casting. It could be more sensitive but I need the strenght more. Its a 1 piece so I miss the 2 piece rods for easier trans port.

GREAT ROD FOR THE PRICE
I BOUGHT THIS ROD AT DICKS IN CONWAY, AND ITS BY FAR MY BEST ROD YET FOR SETTING HOOKS AND YANKING BIG BASS OUT OF HEAVY COVER. I DO HAVE A CARROT STICK AND I HAVE TO SAY THE QUALITY OF THIS ROD IS ABOUT THE SAME WITHOUT THE $$$. I CURRENTLY HAVE 7 OF THESES RODS BOTH THE 7'2 AND THE 6'8 AND THEY BOTH ARE WONDERFUL RODS. I RECCOMEND TO EVERYONE.
