Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 21 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good worm rod Not overly flexible if you let the rod do all the work casting it is very accurate and casts far and smooth. Works good with jig heads, weedless rigs, top water, and jerk baits, lures not so much but it is a jigging rod. August 16, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great strength for a medium action rod Really like the strength and sensitivity of this rod. Strong enough to boat flip 3 pounders but sensitive enough to catch a couple of crappie. Definitely recommend this to pond or lake fishermen or women. June 14, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great rod I have a couple of these, and decided to pick up another one. I like the light weight and action, and feel. A great rod in this price range. May 31, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Incredible rod for the price Purchased the 7'2" medium heavy spinning rod at the beginning of the year. Liked it so much, I bought a second one shortly after. I've used Duckett Ghosts and Fenwicks with similar specs and the Shimano performs every bit as good or better than the higher $ rods. I've caught many 4-6lb bass this year and the sensitivity (with braid) and backbone are everything I want in a finesse type of rod. As mentioned by other reviewers, one of my rods tends to loosen up where the reel tightens down quite often. I would have to re-tighten the reel every few casts. Finally the foam padding under the reel seat broke loose and i can't tighten the reel down at all anymore. Glad I opted for the 2 year replacement plan. No problems at all with the other Sellus I own except it's starting to turn yellow for about 10 inches from the top of the foam reel seat up. It doesn't bother me really, the rod could be hot pink for all I care. Really a great rod, especially for the price. August 12, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by sensitive yet strong Have this rod paired with quantum nitrous reel and 20lb braid. Caught a few 5lb largemouths with this setup. Rod has good sensitivity and enough backbone to horse the nice ones away from cover. June 4, 2015
