Rated 5 out of 5 by Sweet Lou 19 Terrific Bats
With the various leagues and league rules on bats, I own 3 just to be able to use a Miken NXT. I own two balanced and one Maxload. Incredible feel and balance. The Maxload has incredible pop right out of the wrapper. At first, we were tickling the 285 centre field fence. Now we need a newer and further fence. They broke in well and rival the 2008 Combat Anti-Virus in performance. They are a good buy. Lean toward the Maxload to get a purer power swing.

Good strong solid shots . I play in a church league and I don't have power hitters. We've noticed when they use my bat they get consistent level shots. Balls go deeper for those with a lil power.Everyone seems to like the grip ,compared to other top of line bats.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LUV2HUNT Good bat for the money
I have had the bat for about 3 weeks now and I like it more each week. It had nice pop before we broke it in but now that it has about 150+ hits on it, it has come to life! It is a 28oz. end loaded bat. I am used to using a 30oz. J2 DeMarini bat but I am sold on this Miken NXT. About 4 people on my co-ed team use it, men and women, and most of them have improved their on-base percent. The sweet spot is at the end of the barrel and not very large. It took some getting used to but now that I know where it is I love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 Swings Great
Can't wait for this thing to break in. Pretty hot out of the wrapper (for a brand-new composite bat). Swings really well for an endloaded bat, and feels much better than the Demarini Juggernaut I was swinging before (if you like flexible, balanced bats, that one is much better). I would recommend getting a bat that is 1-2oz lighter than what you had before if you're used to balanced bats (I went from 27 to 26), the endload makes it feel heavier and I've heard that Miken is known for being an ounce or more overweight. This bat has realy helped my consistency and I've been pounding lines into the outfield since I unwrapped it.
