Ridiculous
All that came was a battery in a box. No instructions, no cords, nothing to connect it to the pitching machine. Dick's customer service has no clue how to resolve this. The machine and the battery "pack" are both going back.

it held 2 hours and the machine is just amazing. It throws curve balls fast balls pop ups grounders soft toss and short toss

Don't bother
Couldn't get it to charge at all. Not worth the bother getting it replaced as I am returning the pitching machine also. Only pitches fast balls, set it to anything less and it jams. And blows fuses. Bet I won't get compensated for those.

terrible...save your money
This was the worst product i could have purchased for mu 8 year old son....it stopped working after 3 pitches and i have to return....also im stuck with the baterry which could only be purchased "on line" ....save your money and throw batting practice yourself

Save your money
Bought this to run the machine, charged it just as the directions said, hooked it up and it threw one pitch about half as far as i needed it to and the fuse blew.

Horrible product
I purchased this battery pack for my son's pitching machine and it blew out at least 8 fuses. i followed the directions to charge and connect and it still did not work. I called the Jugs/Dick's number on warranty card and let them know and they offered no explanations and just said to return it to the store. I noticed the battery charger was not even the same one it describes in the instruction sheet it came with. Not sure what the problem is as the Jugs toll free number offered no explanations or concern other than to return which i will go try and do at Dick's.
