Youth bat... I purchased it for my twelve year old son for baseball, he "loves" this bat over the composite bats that I also purchased for him that are $75-$160+ March 31, 2013
Junk This is a toy, not a bat. My son broke it after two hits. We could tell right away it was not a good bat. The only reason we purchased it was he needed a 28in wood bat and it was the only one in stock. We were away and he left his good bats at home. This is poorly made and poorly balanced. If you are buying for a 6 or 7 year old as their first wood bat, maybe it will be ok. For anyone else, spend a couple of extra dollars and get something, anything else. Waste of $20. March 31, 2013
Not too bad The breaking problems are most likely because you don't know how to use a wood bat. Grip it so when the bat is crossing the plate the grains in the bat are parallel with the ground. Check grip after every swing. Also athletic taping the barrel for stregnth and the handle for grip/strength is an old trick. March 3, 2013
