Sierra Designs Zia 2 Person Tent 4.6 5 5 5
Easy to set up....even for a novice! This is the first tent I've ever purchased. I was worried I would not know how to put it up. Needless to say the instructions were not step by step. I went on YouTube and got the basics on how to set up a tent. Went out in the back yard and set up this tent in about 5 min. Has two doors with a vestibule over each door and it comes with a footprint. I like the gear pockets on the inside, they don't touch the floor so gear is not in danger of getting wet and there is also a small gear 'hammock' for overhead. Stakes are reasonbly durable, I purchased heavy duty additional stakes. Even though it's a 'two man' tent, it's great for one person and all their gear, which includes a twin inflatable mattress. I look forward to many happy camping days using this tent! April 30, 2013
Great Tent One of the best tents out there for backpacking! Tons of high end features! Only flaw is that the tent is short. I am a little over 6 ft and if I use it as a two man tent then my feet hit the walls. But the clearance price on these were so good, I bought 2. One for my two boys and one for me. April 2, 2013
great tent This is a great tent for the purpose. It is not a car camping... It will protect you from the elements and be slightly comfortable doing it. Its not a palace however. Lastly I'm 6'1" and if i were any taller my feet would touch the ends and lead too condensation issues. March 5, 2013
Great little tent. Perfect tent for 1 person + dog + gear. Or... 2 people. Had this tent out on a backpack/geocaching event trip. Tent was awesome. It's relatively small footprint was a bonus. I was last to arrive at the event, only one space to put the tent. If it was any bigger it wouldn't have fit. Gear loft was handy to keep stuff within reach. Easy to set this tent up. Loved the dual vestibules. September 13, 2012
Nice tent, but too complicated to erect Nice well made tent, but required a phd in tentology to set up. If I were cought in a storm, I would be soaked before I could get the tent set up. Ended up with the Marmot Aspen 2p which was less money, much easier to set up and just as roomy and weatherproof. August 6, 2012
