Had my knee scoped in the spring and decided to give one try. Only fits around my wrist, but i believe it relieved some of the discomfort...

I wear this all the time. It is very strong and durible. I have two and they are great.

Please Consider this first:
I brought both of my sons one of these necklaces and they took good care of them. Two weeks later the clip of my son's broke, and a few more weeks later my other sons necklace clip broke too. They are a waste of[$]and would really consider if I want to just have this necklace for a a few weeks before it would brake.
