An absolute necessity After suffering through several weeks of helping out at a high school baseball practice, I finally picked up the Govemate Underglove Protection. No more pain or bruising at the base of my first and index fingers. This is a must have aid for catching hard throws and avoiding pain even if you don't always catch it in the webbing of the pocket. Not for all positions Bought this to help deaden the impact while Catching. Didn't seem to work too well, kind of spread the impact over a larger area. Tried it with my regular fielders glove and it worked ok though. March 22, 2013

Good protection My son used this product to play baseball when he was still healing from a broken index finger on his glove hand. It gave him just enough padding with his splint inside his glove to allow him to make some nice plays in the infield! July 23, 2012
