Rated 2 out of 5 by Rawlings Quick Repair Glove Lace Kit - Black The provided "needle" used for re-lacing the glove was extremely difficult at times to manipulate through the holes in the leather. It was too flexible and the end of the leather in the eye-let of the needle kept causing the lace to become too big to pass through the holes for lacing. A job that normally would have taken me 45 minutes took almost three hours to complete. June 24, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by ok Works good for webs but the flimsy needle makes it pretty worthless for the rest of the glove May 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Great product October 18, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Fixed a glove & saved us from replacing Used to fix a Louisville Sluger glove we bought for our son from Dicks in March. They did not have a replacement in the same size and we needed his glove that weekend. The repair kit did the trick. It was unfortunate that we had to spend $5 to fix a glove that was only 4 months old but it was much better than buying a new one. August 21, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by relaced my 40 year old rawlings.glove ! had a 40 year old rawlings outfielders glove in storage. my 15 year old wanted to use it, all bindings were dry rotted, was able to use product for successful replacement..now good as new! July 17, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Worked great! Needed to restring the fingers of a glove and this worked perfectly! Was a bit worried about the "tool" that came with it and if it'd be sturdy enough but it worked great for what I needed. Got an quote from a guy to restring the fingers for $20 and I did it for less than $5. Will definitely buy again! July 9, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by works good Product works and looks great. I didn't give it a five star rating because it would have made it easier if a weaving diagram was provided. June 4, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by I would by this product again. My daughter's glove broke late one night with an early morning game the next day. No time to get a new glove and break it in. This product made it possible for her to feel confident on the field with her own glove May 21, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Rawlings Lacing Repairing my Ball glove July 23, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by A monkey in a silk suit Why do you need a piece of wire stuck through the lacing? Sure, it's supposed to function as a needle, but the wire is too flimsy to be serviceable and quickly rips out. I needed four pieces of lacing. I cut the wires off the other three as soon as I opened the blister pack. At least a monkey in a silk suit is still a useable monkey. April 23, 2012
