The Riptide ® Transom steps up to the rigors of saltwater and never backs down. You cannot find a trolling motor better suited to give saltwater the ultimate stare down. A simple, one-hand stow mechanism gets it in and out of the water in no time. Just pull up and forward to stow the motor with no buttons or release levers. Then when it's time to go, use the easy-access thumb release to deploy the motor into any of ten different positions.

great little motor i use this on my 14' scanoe and troll out in the inner bay of tampa and it pushes us around quite nicely as we fish!!! i use a 24dc everstart marine battery and get about 2.5 hours of use out of it if i go full speed nonstop. its very ez to mount and operate and i love that the handle extends an extra foot!!
