not messy, doesn't irritate, no smell. ID recommend buying for anyone who is active and sweats alot, or if they have irritated areas on skin. good so far. I have no complaints. Its a travel size item too. Me personally, I'm buying more of this product. November 18, 2012
Bodyglide for her I would have never thought there was a big difference between using the two different bodyglides but there is. I found the "for her" line to be way easier to apply. I love everything about this product and use it for every race and workout along with some daily use to prevent blisters on my feet when braking in new shoes. November 13, 2012
cool stuff I'm a runner and when I got a blister a week before a marathon i was worried, but my husband found this stuff so I coated it on and forgot about it.
