So far so good with these inserts. My feet feel much better after power walking 3+ plus miles at least twice a week.

The Sof Sole insole is the first of it's kind, that I've tried, that has so far lived up to it's promise to provide you with a more comfortable foot during and after hiking. I have flat feet and purchased the high arched version of the three arch choices, which has noticeably alleviated my foot and often low back pain after hiking or just standing around. The build quality is substantially better than others I've tried or seen and I think it will hold up a long time. It's not inexpensive at $40, but the full length design, correct fit and workmanship of the insole supports the price. It's guaranteed to improve your foot comfort or you can return to the manufacturer, within a specified time, for a refund. I doubt I'll be doing so. It could be a 5 star, but I've only had them in my leather hiking boot for a couple of weeks.

After numerous tries with other orthodics and many years of foot and leg pain we have found the perfect prodcut to help our 12 year old son with his flat feet. He has suffered many sprained ankles, many backaches and countless days with sore achy feet and many trips to the Drs. because we were unable to find a good arch support. When it came time to buy new shoes we would check out every shoe in the store to see which shoe, regardless of brand, had the best arch support. Regardless of the price if the shoe seemed to have a good arch support (which is hard to find in stores today) we would buy it. However, shortly after wearing those shoes the insole would get compressed and no longer benefit our 12 year old son. Since he is growing so fast custom made orthodics are out of the question. We were told by our pediatric orthopedic specialist that our son would need new custom made orthodics every 3 months (which is not covered by insurance) to keep up with his growth. He also suggested searching stores for insoles since the cost for custom made orthodics would be several hunderd dollars. SofSole was the only othodic that has solved his problem. Standing at 5'6" and wearing a mens size 9 1/2 shoe we decided to try the SofSole low arch insoles that were suggested by a friends orthopedic Dr. We can't be more please. These insoles have been a true blessing. Since wearing these insoles our son's feet, back, legs and muscles no longer ache. Being a Boy Scout he is on his feet a lot. Although he has only worn them for a month and has not yet done a lot of hiking we are confident he will not have any problem. We are going to purchase another pair for his hiking boots as well as a pair for my brother who is both flat footed and has one leg slightly shorter than the other. You may need to remove the original insole that came with your shoe to provide the best fit. We did that with our son and like we stated he has only had positive results. As for my brother he will remove one original insole to even up his leg length. We are truly Thankful that SofSole has come up with this wonderful product. So many people take for granted the sight of seeing their child walk or run without limping or in pain. After 6 years our son is finally free of pain. We wish they would have created this product for smaller feet for children so they too will not have to suffer like our son has been doing. Thanks Again SofSole. God Bless!

Rated 5 out of 5áby Flat Flat Feet GREAT INSOLES
I have very flat feet and am constantly buying high end shoes to over compensate for no arch and for support. I bought these insoles a few days ago and play full court basketball everyday and THEY ARE AMAZING!! I have purchased every insole on the market and so far the support and stability, and comfort are hands down the best.

A very good arch support for those who prefer such a thing. I find it to actually massage the inner side of the arch just in front of the heel with every step. This may be idiosyncratic to my own foot, but I find them to be non-trivially more comfortable than super feet.

Rated 2 out of 5áby way44 this product was less than what I had hoped.
I have flat feet and this product has so far been useless and have not been any different than any regular insole I have used in the past infact they are harder n the ball of my foot than most insoles.

Rated 4 out of 5áby Concerned Dad Working well so far
Got these for teenage son whose arch in one foot has dropped. He was having lots of muscle strains in lower leg when doing strenuous activity like playing basketball. Was frustrating. He was limping around every couple of weeks. A PA suggested insoles. Since he has used these insoles, no problems. They seem to help. They are quite stiff; I thought they might be uncomfortable, but he knew they helped immediately, and he uses them all the time. If this continues, we'll get second pair so he isn't always swapping them from shoes to shoes. He's going out for school team. First few practices will be the big test. Wish they were a little cheaper. (I'd buy three pairs.)
