Rehab Shoulder
Using them for rehab on my shoulder. They are well made and work great for what I'm using them for. Nothing fancy but they get the job done.

Perfect for Traveling!
I travel frequently for work. Hotel fitness rooms often leave much to be desired. These are a great way to keep up with my upper body work without having to rely on hotel gyms.Bonus: they're light weight, so they don't add a lot of weight to my luggage.

Disappointing
I bought these bands to use with P90X. I liked the fact that they are interchangeable and you can combine bands to create different values. My first issue is the buckles tend to rub against me during some routines, which is uncomfortable and is starting to ruin clothes. The bigger issue is the 20# band broke after only about a month. I thought these would be a good way to save money over buying several dumbbells but the bands are simply not worth it.

Metal clasp broke
The bands worked well for the first few uses. However, the metal clasp that connects the bands to the handles broke on me a few days ago. I'm just waiting for my schedule to free up before return them.

Great product...a little pricey
I really enjoy the diversity of the product. Really helps tones and strengthen... Almost returned it bc it was on the pricey side for equipment. Glad I kept it. I have made very good use out if it.

Bands snap WAY too easily
Bought my first set of these at Dick's. Snapped at the handle the 2nd time using them for Tapout XT workout. Took the broken one back to Dick's, no hassle for exchange. The second identical band has now snapped within a week, also at the handle. For this price, one would think a reliable tie to the handle wouldn't be so much to ask. Poor quality and will not buy again.
