Teeter Inversion Table
I purchased the Teeter Hang Ups NXT-S Inversion Table because I was recently diagnosed with compressed vertebra in my lumbar region of my back. This causes pinched nerves and is uncomfortable. So far, so good. I don't go much beyond 75 degrees yet, but it is enough that I think it is giving me some relief. The Teeter Hang Up is very well built and claims it can support up to 300 lbs. i would advise watching the DVD that comes with it prior to assembling the table. I read only the instructions and it took a bit longer than if I had just watched the video. As for pricing, it seems everyone has the same price, but Dick's had it in stock for immediate purchase and pick up. So far, I am very pleased.

Inversion table is helping
I have tried so many doctors; prescriptions, etc for chronic to acute S/I joint pain since 2007. It has been 6 years of pain that has decreased the quality of my life. Since purchasing the inversion table, I actually have less incidents of extreme back pain! I never dreamed it would work but it has and I will continue using it daily! This is the best purchase I used with income tax refund!

This thing really helps with back pain!
I have had lower back pain for many years. I had tried an inversion table a few years ago with success. My daughter just bought this one. I vist the chiropractor on a weekly basis. I had put my back out yesterday and was in a tremendous amount of pain. I got on hers this morning. I inverted and hung for a minute about 3 times. After the last time when I came up i felt a jolting pain and then total relief!! I walked away able to bend over and walk straight up, being unable to do this for the last 24 hours. I have been pain free for the rest of the day!! I have ordered me one!! I cant believe the instant pain relief!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR CHRONIC BACK PAIN!

Starting slowly
I am 64 years old and need to gradually work up to the 60 degree mark that the brochure says is of maximum benefit for decompression of the spine. It is too early to say for sure, but at the present time I am feeling less discomfort in bulging discs in the cervical and lumbar areas. It has also helped lessen the muscle soreness in my shoulders. When inverted I am pulling in abdomen muscles during breathing, as I believe strengthening the abdomen will also help with lower back pain.

AN EASY WAY TO STRECTCH YOUR BACK
WHILE I'VE ONLY HAD THE TEETER HANG UP FOR A LITTLE OVER A WEEK IT HAS GIVEN ME SOME RELIEF. I AM ONLY DOING SEVERAL MINUTES, TWICE A DAY @ ABOUT 60 DEGREES. I HAVE LOWER BACK PAIN & HOPE THIS WILL BE LESSENED ONCE I GET UP TO ABOUT 20 MINUTES TWICE A DAY!

Helped with back pain
Before buying this I fabbed up a temporary device to see if it would help before I spent the $$. It worked but was crued so I bought this and it really works. Glad I have it.

A pleasant surprise!
After a lot of internet browsing, I decided to go look and try an inversion table to see if it might be something I would actually use. As soon as I tried the NXT-S I was hooked. It had all the features I was looking for at a great price. The lumbar support was a must for me and the accupressure nodes will really help my wife's back.I wasn't expecting it to be as well made as it turned out to be. The video that comes with it made assembly a snap. Well done Teeter!

Works Great
I have only been using my NXT-S for two weeks but the results have been FANTASTIC. I am 66years od and have had multiple back surgeries. After using the NXT-S my lower back pain is gone! I use it at a 60 degree tilt once in the morning and once in the evening. I am able to play golf again without back pain. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Worth every penny
I tried it in the store first, where I realized the construction was high quality. I wanted to be confident at 6-4 (220). This machine can handle with no problem. The results for my back pain have exceeded my expectations. The purchase is really a no brainer; provided you have the space.
