This was exactly what I needed.
Dick's had a good selection of sizes of kettlebells. I appreciated the discount that came with opening the sports card.

Not Competition Size - but good for home use
DO NOT USE KETTLE BELLS W/O PROPER INSTRUCTION... NOT A VIDEO - A CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR.
If you have experience with Kettle Bells already - this is a good one for a decent price. I like the $10 coupons.

Great product
Been using this a few weeks and have noticed huge improvements in my strength and overallfitness. The handle is a little rough, sand it down or wear gloves. Other than that, works great.

Intense Workout!
I've been looking at Kettlebells for years but just never got around to trying them out. Recently came across some interesting research extolling their benefits. I am not in bad condition but was blown away by how intense just working with this for 10-15 minutes could be. I'm addicted! Every movement is functional and works the entire body.

solid product
I use the kettlebell regularly to do standard swings, Turkish get-ups, squats, etc. It's a solid piece of work, with a good grip. The grip is a little rough and will cause blisters, but if you're a real man, you don't care about that. Or use gloves Train by day, Joe Rogan podcast by night, all day!

Best. Workout. Ever.
When I first heard of kettlebells it seemed like a joke, how was I supposed to get a real work out with only 35lbs? I normally workout for 90min a day at the gym with free weights, my first kettlebell session lasted 50 mins and I was dead tired. After only three weeks I feel stronger and look better than I ever had before. Work out with a kettlebell, you will not regret it.....unless you drop it on your foot.

very compact and useful.
they are a great asset to our gym the only bad thing is the paint was chipped on everyone from being moved by others observing or useing in store before i purchased.

Works As Advertised
I use the kettlebell to increase strength and flexibility, and for overall fitness. It's not built with precision or aesthetics in mind, but it isn't intended to. Not worried about hurting it. Ever. Not a lot of moving parts going on here...

Good product
This kettlebell does it's job. I just didn't like that the handle is so thick.
