Game Changer Initially purchased the 3 wood and really liked the feel and accuracy. Decided it was time to retire my R9. With the solid feedback from the 3 wood, i thought this would be a natural. Well, I was correct. This is the lightest, most well balanced driver I have ever had in my hands. The energy transfers well to the face and on off center hits, the only way to tell is look at the face. Truly a great driver. April 16, 2013
If you went to a doctor to cure your slice, he'd prescribe the Cobra AMP!!! Full disclosure, I usually have to hit a 3 wood off the tee most of the time because of my huge slice. After I demoed several "top of the line" clubs like Ping, Titleist, Taylor Made, etc., without any success, I just figured I'd have to get a swing coach or continue to hit my drives with my 3 wood. A friend of mine bought this driver last year at the end of the season(2012) and he loved it. I couldn't pull the trigger on one until I played a few rounds with it. I was skeptical at first but after my first few drives, I was a true believer. I set the club face to a closed position and took my natural swing and KABOOM! Dead nuts straight every time! I could hardly believe it. The ball just explodes off the club face. Very forgiving. Even though I would've paid top dollar, I was fortunate enough to find a demo model at my local Dick's for a fraction of the price! If you're like me, a player who struggles with his slice on the tee box, do yourself a favor a test drive one of these babies. Worth your time in gold! April 15, 2013
Orange You Glad I Didn't Say Banana Just took my new Amp to the range and I have to say this is gonna be a long love affair. Set club to the closed position just to see if I could slice it and yes, you can still hit a slice if you get silly. But the good strikes will bring a smile to your face- I've owned several name brand drivers and I have never seen the ball come off the face like it does off the Amp. My shots were landing in places I haven't seen in a few years, with lots of roll. I expect a minimum of 15 yards more when I get out on the course with a real ball. Awesome Driver! Loved this when I hit in in the store. I did hit about every name brand driver Dick's had in stock and settled on the Cobra Amp. It had a similar feel to the L4V, which I loved, but broke. If you have a slice, this club will not let the ball roll once it lands. I have a tendency to push a shot every now and then, and with this club set on neutral, my ball may stray a little right, but once it lands it stays straight. It seems to eliminate side spin. I would say Cobra has my business for life. April 3, 2013

Cobra Amp Driver I was looking for an adjustable driver that didn't cost a fortune. I spoke to the pro at Dicks and told her what I was looking for, at which point she gathered the Callaway and Taylor Made drivers. After not being able to hit my driver (older Taylor made) last year and not hitting a ball for five months, the pro stuck with me until I was in a bit of a groove. She adjusted the club faces to compensate for my pull tendency and away we went! After 30 minutes of ball wacking and the addition of the Cobra Amp to the driver arsenal, it boiled down to the Callaway and the Cobra. The Cobra was a $100 cheaper and I was hitting it 230 to 250yards on the machine so I took it home. It is great and I love it, now if I could take my success from the range to the course I'd be happy. March 12, 2013
Great driver I tested this driver in store against four other top name drivers of the same price. The Cobra AMP Driver felt the most natural and had the softest feel when striking the ball. My drives were also most consistent with the Cobra AMP club. The golf associate was very helpful and patient. I have used my new driver on the golf course already and it has definately improved my drives. The club is adjustable to Open, Closed or Neutral.Thanks Dick's ! March 3, 2013

$199.99 - Essentially A Steal. Coming from a Cobra driver that was about 6 years old, I could hit that club straight and between 275 and 300. I'm getting better control with this driver leaning more toward 300 when hitting the range. Can't wait to take it out on a real course in the spring.
