Very Difficult to Assemble
Assembling this thing by yourself is impossible. It's a pain in the neck. You really need three people to insure proper alignment.

Solid
This is a solid product for a home gym. The assembly was fairly simple and everything fit together well.

Great quality for outstanding price
As good, if not better than, $600 racks for half the price.

Rack
Only issue with the rack is it is a pain to put together. Other than that it is well built and serves its purpose. I like the pullup bars at the top.

best for the buck
I am serious about fitness, I work out at home, AND in a gym. I can't workout with bad equipment, because I know better. If you are starting a new home gym or ready to improve the quality of your workouts, this piece is the best bang for the buck. Don't spend hundreds of dollars trying to get a "do it all" piece, that will be cheap stuff- professional gyms don't think that way. This power cage allows you to do free weights safely, even if you don't have a spotter.
Very very sturdy, excellent quality, a quality piece of equipment you will be proud to use everyday. The pull-up bar is essential in a total body workout, and a requirement of good looking Lats- and this one gives lots of positions to use. Buy this power cage before you buy any other equipment in your basement! Next buy an olympic bar, then a bench!!
BTW, the fitness gear bench is the best on the market for the buck, and the stores are always sold out of them- just FYI. It is a bigger, more sturdy, wider, more comfortable, and more adjustable bench than most benches in the big gyms.

Highly Recommended! Great Price! Durable!
If you are tying to keep your cost down, but still want to do heavy lifting safely this Cage is it! I originally only went to pick out a bench set and some weights to get my home gym started. I was also looking to keep cost under control, but I found most bench sets could not accommodate the heavy weights I would be lifting. Most bar holders for benches were too close together and felt too fragile to hold large weights being racked on and off. After no luck on the bench sets I saw the cage which was much more durable, and was wide enough. The store looked up the information and let me know the cage has a 600 pound capacity which was perfect for heavy lifting at home. I purchased this and the matching bench along with the 300 pound weight set sold at Dick's. The cage took about an hour to put together, and I started using it right away. Great Product!!!

Excellent rack for the money
I'm totally thrilled with this buy. It was sold out when I went to purchase right after Christmas so had to wait a little but the price dropped $100 to under $300 in the meantime. Got the cage, bench and 300# weight set and plate rack for about $650 total.
Don't know why all the complaints. It took me and my 14 yr old daughter about 2 hours to assemble and she was on the phone the whole time. Advice taken to not tighten completely until fully assembled. Especially the steel plates on each side of the pull up bars. The instructions were few and simple but come on this ain't rocket science. It has an isometric drawing with all the parts illustrated & numbered. Good enough.
Once assembled & tightened it's very sturdy.
Been working out with it for two weeks and totally happy. Easy to adjust the bar holds and safeties quickly. The bottom cross brace bar could be back farther but not a problem. Just put the bar holds in the front and do squats on that side. Extra work but you're not doing this to be lazy. I thought of trying to find an extra set of bar holds for the front and another olympic bar to save time on this though. That way I could do both squats and bench without much change.
All in all a very good cage for the price.
Only complaint is from the wife because it takes up room in the family room. But for this reason she encourages me to use it and not turn it into a clothes hanger.
