Great Tennis shoe
This shoe is very comfortable and looks great!!! Have tried many other shoes on the court but this one feels great right out of the box.

Next generation of the New Balance 655
The sole on this shoe is exactly like the New Balance 655, which I have worn for the past year and really like. The extra width and room in the "box" of the shoe is great and the sole wears extremely well. The only change that I do not like is the tongue of the new model does not have leather from where the laces cross in the middle, up to where the laces would tie. This means the "mesh" now covering the tongue will probably wear out sooner.

Warranty for product.
This is the second pair of this particular tennis shoe that I have bought. I play tennis 4 to 5 times a week and have found the sole of the shoe wears on the instep within 4 - 6 months. I am seeing how long this shoe will go before it starts to wear. The problem has caused me to trip and created some injuries. I have found no warranty for the shoe and therefore have started questioning its durability.

Just what I was looking for.
I play a lot of tennis and go thru a lot of sneakers.Recently, I have been having trouble finding sneakers that fit because of the width. When I saw that Dicks had New Balance 656 in my size and 4E, I brought 2 pair. So far so good

Solid Tennis Shoe
It is the same shoe as the 955, they just changed up the look a little. Solid tennis shoe, like the 955. I wear a 4E and it is very confortable.

New Balance Men's 656 4E Tennis Shoe
I ordered these for every day shoes and I Really like them. My size is between 11 & 11.5 and there are not many shoes wide enough for my toes. These shoes fit very comfortable. I would give the comfort for standing on hard surfaces 8.5 out of 10. Not as cushy as a gell sole but the firm support adds to their stability. The leather seems of high quality and so far they've been easy to keep looking nice. I would definitely recommend and purchase again.
