Manager resolved problem
I had been in your store for the first time 3 days before. I was sent home with a size 8 instead of an 81/2.The manager went out of his way to correct the problem, and the correct size was sent to my home

Top of the line model and brand, premium price, wont compete w internet, so why buy? Because of excellent person service by my salesperson.
Young woman knew the product, how to get it on your website while in the store, and arranged for fast shipping. Sole reason for coming back to Dicks. (Check her out; I dont have the sales receipt or recall her name)

Awesome "Saucony MY Only"
Hi! I noticed a girl at work was on her feet for hrs. and had a full time and part time job (both waitressing) on feet. My feet were aching and I thought if she can do two jobs and not complain I want to know what she wears on her feet. These sneakers were it!! I have Never looked back!!!New policy at work is slip resistance...I pray they are!! If not PLEASE make them that way!!!!!! Neecie

Great shoes!!! Minus the color...
I use the shoes walking in Chicago for work and they are so comfortable! I've even used them for my other retail job and standing around for hours on end. My feet hardly hurt my feeler. I'm not really into the colors but it works.
