Feels like walking and running on air When wearing this shoe for the first time it had felt like putting my hand into a glove ( a perfect fit). Most shoe brands I have to struggle to put my foot into because my foot is a little wider than most shoe brands can comfort such as Nike. What it lacks in style it makes up for in comfort. I run and weight lift in the shoe and with the Jell cushioning system it feels like I am moving on air. It is not as light as some of the other brands of shoes if you were to put them on a scale, but once they are on your feet you will not regret. I had broken my ankle and then torn my ACL a year later on the same leg, while going to a small college with very steep hills. The difference I had in muscle size from one leg to the other was disturbing. But these shoes have helped me with fixing my center of gravity and also provided the support (with out causing strain on my joints) I needed to fix my leg muscle issue. Overall amazing shoe. Solid shoe Good design, well fitted. It is slightly wider than other shoes I tried in this size (13). Has good comfort and support for the price. I was going for a mid-range running shoe, I run 10-20 miles a week. Not a ton, but the shoe so far is supporting well. February 28, 2013

ASICS GT-2170 ACICS is a good shoe, maybe not the best but works for my feet. I still don't understand why they put blue colored shoe laces in them. So many of the other styles are crazy colors also. December 20, 2012
Not recommended for Group X Classes These shoes maybe good for running but for a group X exercise class where you do a lot of side shuffles, jumping up and down on steps, bunny hops, ext, they'll start hurting the bottom of your feet within 10 - 15 min into the workout. December 20, 2012
