THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS PRODUCT IS BATTERY LIFE I BOUGHT THIS KNIFE AND HAD TO RETURN IT WHEN THE BLADES WOULD NO LONGER STAY LOCKED IN - THIS CREATED A SAFETY PROBLEM AND RENDERED THE KNIFE USELESS I RETURNED THE KNIFE FOR ANOTHER AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED AFTER THREE USES. THE INTERNAL BLADE HOLDERS ARE MADE OF PLASTIC AND CAN'T STAND UP TO MUCH FILETING I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY SERIOUS FISHERMAN April 5, 2013
Cordless, Lithium Ion, Im In! Works great for what it is. Havent had a single problem. I like being able to clean fish anywhere. Only complaint is that the rpm's dont seem to be a high as my corded one. One charge does last a long time. Happy Fishing! January 30, 2013
Easy to use fillet knife.. The overall knife is worth it if you do alot of fishing where cleaning stations aren't located. Or you don't want your garbage can to smell like dead fish. I purchased this in order to clean fish at the lake after I am done loading the boat. Works well, went through 20-30 crappie no problem and still had juice for the few walleye we caught as well. I had to return the first one I purchased as the blades kept falling out, no matter if the blade release was pressed or not. Easy exchange, and new one works just as well.. Not sure if I somehow broke the blade release or if it just happened while in my tackle bag. June 15, 2012
