For me, the Fitness Gear Adjustable Kettlebell was the perfect choice. As kettlebells are expensive, this one gives me the ability to buy one bell, and use it with numerous weights.

An easy way to get 20 to 50 pound kettlebells if you have a few standard plates. I bought two and could not be more pleased.

The obvious advantage is that savings on buying many bells. The disadvantage is that changing the resistance is time consuming. I've countered that somewhat by having seperate sets of bells at the lower weights, 10,15 ,20 and 25's which are not as costly. This way I have the adjustablt set at 30 lbs. and use it when higher resistance is necessary.

Having started kettlebell training about 6 months ago, I was ready to move up to a heavier weight. For less than it would have cost for one additional solid bell I was able to purchase this adjustable one. I was able to utilize some flat weights that I already owned and I like that I'll be able to adjust up to heavier weight in the future just by adding more weights and/or replacing existing weights with heavier ones. Adding weights is as easy as unscrewing the top portion of the bell, removing one of the plastic fillers or existing weights and replacing it with a 2.5 - 10 lb. standard weight, and screwing the top back on.

It's nice to be able to change weights just by adding dumbell plates I already had laying around

how wonderful is this. You can actually add on to the weights instead of having to buy an entire new piece of equipment. the package was a little damaged on arrival but didn't harm the kettle bell at all.

I bought the kettlebell as a reward for our company wellness program. After reading the description and the reviews I thought the product had 4 5lb weights making the product a total of 20lbs. That way people could go from 5,10,15, and then 20lbs if desired. Instead it came with fake weights and the top was 15lbs and the bottom was 5lbs so it was already 20 lbs. It would be difficult to use that let alone adding more weights to it and making it heavier. I was first interested in the price of the product and the good shipping price but after receiving the product and realizing what it was, we weren't interested anymore. On top of it not being what we imagined the quality was not great. It was very difficult for us to get the top off and to reassemble it. The screw part is not connected to the bottom of the kettlebell so when trying to screw the top back on it just moves the bottom as well and makes screwing it on very difficult. I wouldn't recomend the product unless you bought it in store and knew exactly what you were getting.

I bought this adjustable weight kettlebell recently in spite of the fact that it was more expensive than the noon-adjustable kettlebells.Definitely worth it for people still building strength. It is quick and easy to use.

Overall this seems to be a good product. If you are just starting to get into kettlebell workouts you may ot be sure of a good starting weight. This product lets you tune in to your level of fitness fairly easy and at a reasonable cost.
