barely wide enough
My son is 8 years old and has wide feet. He generally can only fit in Sketchers with a Z-strap for shoes. Last year we were able to find cleats at a sporting goods store. This year; however, 7 stores and 30+ shoes later and no such luck. I'm thinking he cannot be the only kiddo with wide feet. This is the only pair of wide I could find that had potential. Nike has wide but they are still very narrow. I had to order these online and hope!! They do fit him the best of the many, many pairs we tried on. I will say though, that we had to really loosen up the laces. He said they were still a bit tight, but felt they would stretch with wear. They are a great quality shoe so we are thrilled with the product, I just wish there was an extra-wide available.

Great shoe for wide feet
My son has always had problems with finding a shoe wide enough. So if your child has a wide foot this is the shoe. And the quality is the most durable I have seen yet.

Good Purchase
I bought these for my daughter who was having pain on the side of her foot. The doc recommended getting wide shoes. They were true to size. She is playing indoor softball right now, but they seem to be good cleats.

Great Quality
My son has played Spring Little League, All Stars and a full Travel ball schedule and these shoes are still in very very good condition. Higest quality youth cleat we've owned in 6 years of baseball. We also have a very wide foot and this is the only shoe that's comfortable for him. He's a very fast runner and the traction is top notch too! won't buy anything else.

nice cleats
My son is 6 years old. He has always had a wide foot. He wears a 1 in regular shoes. I ordered 1.5 in these cleats and they fit great with a little room to grow but not too big. They look great... Not cheap looking at all.

Great shoe
Bought these for my 7 yr old for football actually. Seems like a multifunctional cleat to me and is great. Ordered his normal size and width is good for his wide feet. Not a whole lot of options for wide youth cleats, but New Balance have been great the last few years.

Awesome cleat!
It is a very comfortable baseball cleat. Almost like you are just wearing tennis shoes. My eight year old son loves them. And they are true to new balance size.

Finely, cleats that fit my son!
My son wears cleats for baseball but always complained when it was time to put them on because his toes were always squished. Now he uses the word "perfect" when he describes his New Balance wide cleats and how his feet feel.
