Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow! Great fishing line. This was my first jump to braided line, and I went into it with some reservations. I'd heard that braided line is too stiff, creates a lot of birdsnests, and is costly. I can say that this product did none of the above. I am able to cast a good 25 to 30 yards extra distance over using a regular monofilament line. I am not losing nearly as many lures when fishing for bass around fallen trees and rip-rap. After the first weekend of using this brand I went back to Dick's and bought more to respool my other poles. July 30, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sufix Braid line I have used Sufix Braided line for almost ten years. In the mean time I have tried many other braids but always came back to my Sufix. In fact I still have the original line on one of my reels purchase long ago. The stuff does not wear out. After a few years I reverse the line on the spool and it is like brand new. Note my 10 pound Sufix gets used hard. On an average fishing trip to Quebec I will catch 1200+ walleyes and Northern Pike exceeding 50" Great line for the money February 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Line performed as expected Having been using 10lb Suffix 832 to catch striped bass. I like this line better than other braid. I stays smooth and does not have a rough feel like other braided line. Easy and far casting. April 16, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Much better than the mono it replaced Seems to work fine July 16, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by I would buy this product again. Casting is smooth, tangle free, almost ivisible in the water. The diameter is a fraction of mono. Strength, being a factor, is great. I have nothing bad to say about it. However, my last purchase of line, I was so angry with it's use that I threw it away. I think the name of it was pro source. The line was braided, red, and awful.I should have returned it, but didn't. June 5, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by strong line i have never used braided line before but I was going where there are big fish and im glad I bought it now July 29, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by average product As braided line it's as good as the next Nothing to wright home about June 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Should have bought a larger spool . Smaller line diameter means careful planning with backing line to fill spool properly ,but when done right you'll forget it's there and concentrate on fishing . May 21, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Quality line for a decent price I use this fishing line for the general weekend fishing trip. It's a safe and effective line for bass, crappie, gills, etc... It all but disappears in the water, and is durable enough to lift a 18" bass straight out of the water. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me, is the braids seem to come undone at the end fairly easily, making any excess line past the knot look more like 3 lines. May 21, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by great line for river snags Very strong line i bend hooks instead of losing them. Down side is reduced casting distance July 16, 2012
