Not bad for what it is.
Some thoughts on this shoe now that I have been wearing it for a little while:It's not a bad shoe at all. It's a little warm due to the thick neoprene upper. The bottom is a kind of textured medium-hard plastic. The sole gives you a clicking sou d as you walk which is kind of odd. There really isn't any rubber on the bottom, so I would say this shoe is best used on soft ground (Not paved surfaces like concrete or asphalt). It is very comfortable, and I think it blends what you might consider a summer pool/yard shoe with a five toe design. It is a far cry from VFF's, but I think this really targeted at the on-the-fence crowd. Would I buy again? Maybe. Not being a multi-surface shoe is it's Achilles heel. But I do enjoy it enough as a pool and yard shoe that I'd consider it again. You just need to know what you're getting into.

toed shoes
The wave of the future. Separating one's toes strengthens the feet. "Hobbit" shoes will continue to proliferate. Future models will be easier to put on but these are worth the extra effort for what they do for your feet.

SKELE-TOES-WOES
My 11 year old son loves them. But, after wearing them about 10 times, the sides started to come apart from the shoe. He still wears them though. For [$], I expect them to last at least at month!
