Very lite and comfortable shoe. I would recommend this shoe for anyone running or just a cross fit training shoe.
Awesome shoe! This shoe is great while running or weight lifting. All around comfortable shoe.

Love these shoes, my 5th pair
This is my 5th pair of Nike Free Running Shoes. Been running in them for past 7 years or so. I originally bought them after I had a neuroma diagnosed in my foot. I thought the Nike Frees would help. They have for 7 years now and I wont be switching anytime soon.
They are incredibly comfortable and the free foot movement does strengthen your feet, calf muscles, etc. I mostly run 2-5 miles on treadmill at gym and similar miles outside.
I always get compliments from strangers on the shoes.
The only negative is that the tread has worn out quickly.

Nike Free Run + 3
I love these minimalist shoes. They are the best model of running shoe that I've used. I've run 3 Marathons, placed 2nd in 2 Half-Marathons, won some 10K's and 5K's and have no foot problems since switching to these minimalists. I've ran trough 6 pairs!

light weight, very confortable
These are great running shoes, they are very flexible and the padding exellent. Have had problems with heal spurs in the past but with these shoes no problem.

Shoes are good.
Nice looking shoe, some paint on the toe has worn off in about one month, but the shoe it self is holding up.

Great running sneakers
I have been working out for years. 4 months ago I decided to get into running more. I have Adidas Adizero's, Reebok Zigtecs and Nike Lunarglides. I've been running about 25-30 miles a week on a treadmill, and competing in 5ks. Outdoor running kills my shins and the Adizero's seem to hold up the best. I wanted something better and tried these. Since running in these Nike's, my shins have not been in pain and they have helped me improve time and duration. They took some getting used to, as they are minimalist and the form was a little different, but I am used to them now and they are great. Highly recommended for people with shin pain - but you should evaluate your style and strike position to see if these are good for you personally. I am a fan
