Kelty Tent
This tent was perfect for hiking and outdoor activity. I was comfortable carrying it in my pack and it was easy to set up and break down.

Great tent
Great for the price. Took it for a 4 day trip to Big Bend, withstood strong winds. There was no rain at the camp, but water proof tested the tent at home ( hose and left outside overnight in rain).
If dust is blowing dont forget to close the window.
Needs better stakes and of course a footprint.

Worth It
This purchase was most definitely one of the smarter ones I've made. Even though I dropped 100 bucks, I was completely dry even though it rained all night during my camping trip.

Good hiking tent
Bought this for my new boy scout. Good size for two 11 year olds and you could store gear under the rain fly. Older scouts might feel cramped if two were inside at the same time. I can see this being a one man tent for my son as he gets older.

Great Tent
Love this tent, good quality and light weight Very easy to set up. The only draw back that I do not like is the size. I am 6'3" 260lbs and will be sharing the tent with my son who is 5'11" 180lbs it is a very tight squeeze.

Good but drafty
Its a great tent, perfect size for one person plus pack. But I froze the whole night. The vents on the sides don't have zip covers so it's super drafty inside, even with the rain cover on. Otherwise a good tent.

Great product at a great price
After 6 months of various trails with this tent from John Muir to Big Sur, I am satisfied with the performance of this tent. It is made with a durable material but you will need to pack a small tarp or footprint to protect the tent from trail rash. The tent withstood a week and pacific ocean onshore winds of 30 mph without any issues. In the high sierras, particularly cold nights were tempered in this tent that was 5-10 degrees warmer. No issues with condensation as the moisture adhered to the inner fly and away from the mesh inner dome.
My gripes are, packed dimension of 2 foot length made this tent bulky. Being 6'3", I couldn't find a good angle to sleep where I didn't touch the corners of the tent. I find that issue with most tents though.

Great tent for price!
My husband and son just started backpacking/camping and loved this tent that I got for them for Christmas. It fit both of them perfectly (5'10" and 5'3") and had left over room for gear. They said it took less than 5 minutes to set up. Weather was nice so not sure how it holds up in the rain.

Foolproof tent
This is the best 2 man tent for under 100 bucks. Its spacious for the weight (under 5 pounds if you toss the bag and get some cheap lightweight stakes, plenty of room for gear, and very high headroom. After only a couple of tent setups, I set it up in the dark under a tree in 10 mins. The poles are reinforced fiberglass rather than aluminum and sometimes the zipper can get stuck on the door. I'm no veteran backpacker by any means, but this tent served me well in cold and rain. I would recommend sealing the seams because the bathtub floor is seamed at the ground.

Great tent, great price
I bought this tent early this summer and used it for two or three nights a week (car camping) all summer. So I have used it 20-30 times so far. It is so easy to set up my friends have looked at me exasperated more than once, as they struggle with all their strange poles tangled in their space-aged looking tents, while mine pops up almost one-handed. I manage to squeeze a twin sized air mattress into it, cram my pack along side it, and I'm snug and cozy. I like that it is not some crazy bright color. I like that nothing has torn or frayed after considerable usage. I like how the hooks and corner webbing are color-coded, so that when it's in a pile on the groundsheet I can mindlessly pop the poles into their proper location. I like how it is stand-alone, and how I can hold it upside down over my head and shake any leaves or crumbs out of it while it's still assembled. I like how the roof 'drying' sling came with it and is not some $29 add-on. I keep my headlamp, keys, and cell phone (which serves as an alarm clock and mini-lantern) up there and never have to dig around for them. I bought this tent simply because it was very cheap, and had no idea it would be so excellent. I am not averse to a technical challenge, but it has turned out that having a tent which is so easy to assemble and disassemble has been a huge plus, leaving me free to tinker with other things while I'm warm and dry inside it.
