cleaner than ice cubes
it keeps the lunch colder than room temp in a small sized cooler for about 3-4 hours.its better than nothing,i have 2 and alternate them each day so that they are completely frozen and i will continue to use it daily for my lunchs.for the price its a good value. if it would last longer i would give it more stars

waste of money
I used this in my cooler to keep my lunch cold. It lasted only a couple of days before getting a whole in it releashing all those nasty chemicals

does the job
keeps products cold, however, if you are using it for boo boos and other injuries, it is not the best product for that...it is rock hard when frozen and is as stiff as a board. I don't recall it being soft sided.
