Glad to see Maxfli back
Great ball both off the tee, as well as around the green, both long and soft. It is great to see Maxfli back in force! This is a three layered ball that is perfect for my slightly above average golf.

Maxfli Golfballs
This is a good golf ball for the price. I like the way the ball hits and I also like the way it feels on the green putting. I have played these since they were given out in a promo pack last year with the other 3 types of Maxfli balls.

Low Quaility
I have been using Maxfli U/4 but wanted to try U/3. What a mistake. Ball scuffs with any wedge and had to use whole sleeve to finish round. I can play 18 holes with 1 U/4 and looks great at end of round. Never again.

Good Value
Good Value for quality vs price. Better than spending twice as much for ProVi's

They Crack!
On the 7 hole with 150 left to the pin, I hit a maxfli u/3 ball and when i went to go check my ball, there was a huge crack on the ball and the outside cover was peeling off.

Great Ball
This ball performs as advertised. Good distance, nice spin around the greens. I would say it's just a shade below a ProV1. The ProV1 spins a bit better but not enough for the average golfer to notice and its half the price of a ProV1. The only bad part of this ball is it scuffs so easily. Hit a cart path and its finished. I have cut up the cover pretty bad with wedges sometimes when I get really good spin on it.

too soft
These balls were too soft, they were all nicked up after using for only one round. I would not recomend buying this product.

not as good as the big boys
Was not very happy with this ball. I guess you get what you pay for. Going back to Taylormade. Love all the salespeople in the golf section at the Puyallup ,Wa store.

My new ball
I started using the maxfli line with the VT4 which became the HT Tour. This ball surpasses that ball due to the new Urethane cover. That says a lot because the HT Tour was a very good ball. Distance is good and the spin characteristic is similar to a Pro V1* . The cover is Urethane so players used to a firmer, more durable (surlyn or ionomer) cover will notice some shredding and "hairs". That is the trade off for a higher spin, softer feeling ball. For those complaining about loss of distance. I can say that this is not a low compresssion surlyn pocket rocket. If you lack the ability to compress a tour grade ball with swing speed, then this may not be your ball. However, if you love everything about the Pro V1*, except the price, then this ball is definitely worth a look.

This is the only ball i will use from on
I like how this ball spins around the greens. It definitley helped lower my scores. I did give up a few yards on my drives, but I'm more of a control player so that didn't matter much to me. The cover does get tore up pretty quick but for the price who cares. Great performance low price. I will stick to this ball from now on.
