Great Buy!!
I did not plan on spending $100 on a fishing pole/reel combo as I had spent $34 on a ugly stick combo and it was a good buy. Boy I am glad I went with the reviews for this one. It is the best pole I have ever had..very smooth, sturdy, good flex and great looking to top it off! I would recommend this pole to anyone and you will not be disappointed!

I bought the combo for the reel which I am completely satisfied with. The rod isn't the greatest, but I was pleasantly surprised with it as I wasn't expecting much from the rod. I would definitely recommend this and would buy another if I needed one.

Abu Garcia Orra S Spinning Combo is money well spent and decent quality
Ordered this product as a christmas gift for my younger brother who's really just starting to get into Freshwater fishing. Being a tournament and well verse angler myself, I wanted to introduce younger bro. to something that he would appreciate, begin to learn the rod action features- 1 piece vs. say a 2 piece combo, and feel the smoothness of the Abu Garcia reel vs. his other lower end rod combos from commercial box stores. Having used an Abu Garcia combo in the past, I felt this was an intermediate combo for him to use and be able to rig up with various soft plastic baits along with say jerkbaits. Upon recieving I was very impressed with workmanship of the line guides and the back bone the rod displayed. The grip was firm and the overall rod was really easy on the wrist and arm not getting fatigue. I would highly recommend this combo as a good beginner to intermediate setup without breaking the bank. For the price and Abu's Garcia's durability rating, one really can't go wrong for the value. BN06

Best Rod I've ever purchased
I bought this rod and reel combo last weekend and could not have been happier. It is the smoothest casting reel that I have ever used. The pole has quite of bit of flexibility so u feel EVERYTHING in the water. Was able to land a 12 pound catfish (on accident) with absolutely no problem. This is probably the greatest rod and reel combo on the market. Totally worth the money. Abu Garcia, best reels that I have owned.

Going to pick up 1 or 2 more of these!!!
I puchased combo last weekend, nice combo for the money. Reel is very smooth, had 10 lb power pro line on it, first cast landed a 28" pike with no problems, rod could have had a little more back bone but performed great for the size fish that was on. This reel with a medium heavy action rod vs medium would be a great match up. Highly recommend...I will be picking up 1 or 2 more to have rigged up for different presentations. I am a big fan of the Berkley Lightning Rods series for the back bone of their medium action 2 pcs rods at 6-1/2' & 7', but this is a nice single piece 7' rod, will not miss rod coming appart after extended casting on a long day of fishing.....
