Rated 5 out of 5áby Soonerfan92 I've always thought they were over priced. Until I found a half used bag if my brothers. I asked to use then fishing. I used all 5, caught 8 fish, and couldn't catch another when I ran out. Tried zooms, gene Laure, and yums without anything. August 19, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby Louie excellent lure for smallmouth bass color# 9-10-543 I used this color Senko duing the summer of 2015 in streams of northcentral Vermont and the fish went nuts for it. Casting it a distance from shore and reeling it in slowly with occasional twitches was the technique to bring hard strikes from the bronzebacks. I used it mainly in Otter Creek in the towns of Vergennes and Middlebury. I rigged the Senko Texas style on a 3/0 Eagle Claw worm hook. You don't have to use a strong hook set because the bass hold on and set it themselves. July 18, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5áby Skysteeler Old worms cracked in half after one fish These are the only worms I use to fish for bass. In my opinion they catch more fish due to the weight of the worm. There worms are hardly ever on sale so when I saw they were buy one get second pack 1/2 off I loaded up. However when I fished w them they seemed old. The bags were very hard to open almost as if they had gotten too hot in storage and melted the bag. After one fish they would break in half. I have NEVER had this happen before. These worms sometimes even would break in half and 20-30 casts. Is this why they were on sale??? Next time I will be more cautious when great items are "on sale". July 16, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby smbassman best lure for VT smallmouth I used this lure, color #543 rigged Texas style when I fished in Otter Creek during summer, 2015 and it worked like magic. I cast it out a distance and reeled it back slowly and the bass attacked it. It even outfished a green pumpkin tube lure in this location. June 1, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby CNYoutdoorsman Senko This bait is a must have. Some say they are too soft and don't last long, but that's what gives them such good action. Texas rig on one end then once it gets too ripped up, use the other end. When that gets too ripped up wacky rig it. When that gets too ripped up either cut off the ends or glue it. I can get one to last over a dozen fish. January 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby Jessie Best in class... This stick bait has just one miniscule flaw. They aren't durable what so ever. That fact aside, they'll catch fish when every other stick bait isn't. Very rarely do I get more than one fish per lure. It's a fair trade off for the softness of these plastic worms though. They have an awesome wriggling action on the fall which almost always get a reaction strike. Especially if you're flipping or pitching into cover. Usually get bit before the bait hits bottom. I have a setup just for soft plastics. 9/10 it's a senko on my hook. I suggest a medium heavy rod with a reel in the 6.3:1 to 6.8:1 range. I personally use a 6.8:1 so I can recover line a little quicker, which is extremely helpful if you get a strike right after hopping the bait. That way you can reel down quick and get a good hook set.
