Rated 5 out of 5 by anedgo First time camper...great tent, easy to setup!!!
I got this tent as a last minute purchase. Was on a father/son camping trip in which there would be bunk houses to sleep in but some of the Dads mentioned bringing their tents if the weather was good and I know if they did my son (age 5) would want to join his friends. After reading the reviews I purchased this tent (I have never slept in a tent before). Great purchase. I put it together at my house to make sure I would know what I was doing. By myself it took about 15 mins to setup (not bad for my first time). At the camp site, sure enough, some dad had tents so I got ours out, got it setup in about 10 minutes (very straight forward a second time). It was the perfect size for me and my son to layout our sleeping bags and to have some room to move around. It says it sleeps 4?that might be a stretch but it was great for the two of us. One thing to note?both nights we were out camping the temps hit the low 40s with wind. We had good sleeping bags and slept in layers but the tent did a great job of keeping all wind out. Noticeably warmer in the tent than outside. The tent was on sale for $35, from $50. I would of easily of paid $50 for it. Some of the other tents that were there were about $300 and were the same size as ours and honestly ours was just as good. Will use it again and would definitely recommend purchasing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by nickname It's being used for an ATV display at a motorcycle dealership
I'm guessing that no one will ever actually take this tent camping with them. I bought it to set up an off-road display for a motorcycle dealership that I work for. The display depicts a camping scenario with a couple of ATV's. Maybe if the GM's girlfriend kicks him out of the house for the night he can use it, but he'll probably go to his boat as a 1st option... tent 2nd.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rickster EASY TO USE BUT SMALL
My two sons and I camped out in this tent on an overnight trip. The tent advertises as a 4-person but is really more of a 2.5 person. The tent itself was as advertised as it was easy to assemble. It was also of average durability and withstood a night of rain and above-average wind. The tent also folded up nicely and was not too bulky. Would recommend for light use, better suited for brief overnight and for 2 persons with gear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bballdad Great little tent
Purchased this for the 9 year old son's first time camping out. Very easy to setup and breakdown. Even had a brief rainstorm during the night and not a drop inside. We enjoyed it very much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by r27 Great value
I bought this tent for some "backyard" camping with my kids. It was very easy to set up, seems to be well constructed, and everyone had a blast on our first outing. In my opinion you cannot beat the value!

by bikermoore Excellent tent for the price! Get one!
This tent was on sale for $35 off the shelf (and the regular price was not bad either) and I needed something quickly for the coming weekend. Got it on a Wednesday and set it up in the back yard that evening so that I'd know how it was set up. Good news is that it set up quickly and took me only a few moments to work out some very minor quirks. Took it down and easily put it back in its canvas bag. Used it for two nights the following weekend and we had a 3-hour thunderstorm hit early the morning of the second night. Except for a few drops of water (from the mid-point section of the door) the tent was water tight and held up to the storm very well. I've been in some high quality tents over the years and this one is an amazing buy for the price. With care I could make this tent last at least two years so $35 is a great investment. I know it's not as good as a similar-sized higher priced quality tent but you're getting more for your money.
I wouldn't put four adults in it unless I had to but it can sleep three easily. Plenty of room for two campers and gear. The only thing I might recommend is to get a 4x4 foot tarp or plastic sheet to place over the door area to guarantee that rain water is directed away (just use four small clamps to hold it in place, just underneath the lip of the rain fly).

This tent was easy to set up. I used a military grade stake as we were camping on the beach. The best way to test a tent is in a high wind rain storm. This tent withstood the storm pretty good considering the highest winds were around 20 knots plus with gusts.
I stayed fairly dry too. It comes with a couple of interior dry bags that hand in opposing corners.I would recommend this tent to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kenny Perfect tent for me
First time camper. I was headed to a motorcycle rally by myself. I needed a tent that was big enough for me, my clothes, and anything I needed to keep out of sight. My priorities were price and carry size. I needed a tent that would pack really small so I could take it safely and securely on my bike for 5 hours on the road. This tent was perfect for that purpose. I assumed that since I only paid $35 that it would be junk, but it turned out to be really good. It rained all night and inside the tent stayed dry. I'm looking forward to doing it again next weekend. Unlike others, I had no problem with the zipper, but there was no way the tent was going back in the carry bag.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dashmeister89 Great for Price!
The tent has done well so far. It has not rained heavily yet on me so I am not sure if it will have a little leak or not. I have sealed it just in case. I think that it is a great little tent for backpacking or camping.
