Field & Stream Junior Field Scout 20░ Sleeping Bag 3.1 5 26 26
Great for a young scout I got this for my son for scouts as he only has a 50 degree summer bag. He really likes the mummy style and has already tried it out in his room. The quality of the bag is just fine for the 4 or so cold weather trips he'll do each year and I expect it to last the next few years until he needs an adult size. We got it on sale but the 40% off was a little misleading because it was from the "original" or list price printed in very small font in the bottom corner of the price tag and not from the large centered dollar amount labeled price on the sticker. Turns out that the everyday price is already like 35% off so it wasn't that great of a savings. November 12, 2014
Great Product for a growing backpacker! My 6 year old grandson has been backpacking since he was 2 years old and has gotten to the age where is wants his own gear for three seasons of backpacking. This sleeping bag is great for all seasons. Great bag for an ultra reasonable price! October 22, 2014
Excellent As advertised. Warm, comfy and sturdy. Great bang for the bucks. October 18, 2014
Not wide enough Very narrow hip area... I'm 5'9 and the hip area was higher than my hips... I had to return. October 15, 2014
Field and stream sleeping bag This bag is warm all night long which is why I bought it. The negative side is that while it says it has extra room in the shoulders i did not find it to be so. Also the feet area is far too restrictive and causes a feeling of claustrophobia. I would not buy this bag again for myself. March 18, 2014
The sleeping bag is comfortable. This sleeping bag was keeping warm only a few seconds after zipping it up. I'm very happy with this sleeping bag. March 18, 2014
Used for a week by my daughter MY daughter used this sleeping bag during a week long excursion to Atlanta Georgia. Her comments on the sleeping bag was simple, she liked it! March 18, 2014
Zipper Broke within one year read review late so don't make the same mistake. Not dependable if you have a scout camping in the winter. January 19, 2014
The zipper failed after one year Bought this last autumn for my son who does winter camping with the Boy Scouts. The zipper teeth do not hold causing the bag to completely open on its own. Dicks not accomidating on an exchange telling me to "take it to a tailor for a new zipper." Spend the extra bucks and buy a good, name brand bag. November 3, 2013
cozy and warm For this for my son for camping. First time he used it, it got pretty cold at night. He said he was warm all night long! October 29, 2013
