Rated 1 out of 5áby zipper The zipper broke the first time we used it and it could not be fixed. Returned this item immediately. June 4, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5áby Decent sleeping bag but not the best quality products used in creating it This sleeping bag is alright but has some shoddy design and quality issues in the goods used to create it. The zipper is terrible and snapped without even getting stuck which was rather annoying considering I bought a Teton Sport 0 degree bag that has the hardiness of a cartwright jacket. Best zipper lower degree bag and way better quality for the same price. April 16, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5áby The zipper failed after one year Bought this last autumn for my son who does winter camping with the Boy Scouts. The zipper teeth do not hold causing the bag to completely open on its own. Dicks not accomidating on an exchange telling me to "take it to a tailor for a new zipper." Spend the extra bucks and buy a good, name brand bag. November 3, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5áby Zipper Broke within one year read review late so don't make the same mistake. Not dependable if you have a scout camping in the winter. January 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby Decent bag Works well, zipper seems cheap and catches, still comfortable though October 2, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5áby Zipper broke in 29" temperature Zipper broke in 29"temperatures.At least I receive my polar bear patch for Boy Scout . January 15, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5áby Satisfied Customer I've never had a mummy sleeping bag and even though I didn't go full-mummy on my camping trip, it kept me nice and warm while in the mountains. And I like the material it is made out of because I can't stand the feel of the flannel bags. Very good sleeping bag! November 6, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5áby Left me out in the cold Took this on a week adventure up the Appalachian Trail. Was early October, so the weather dipped into the 40s at night. Every night I woke up cold, and eventually by night 6 the zipper completely came off the mummy bag. Ill be getting my money back on this product. October 17, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5áby Bad buy This sleeping bag was in my budget, so decided to try it. First off, I am 5'4" and weigh 140 lbs. This sleeping bag was barely big enough for me. My toes were scrunched into the bottom if the mummy hood was cinched at all. And the torso portion of the bag hit several inches below my shoulders. Leaving my entire face, neck, and collarbone exposed. If I REALLY worked at it, or had assistance, I could close the hood so that only my face was exposed, but it still just wasn't the right fit. I decided to give it a try anyway. We went camping in mid 30 degree weather, and I was freezing all night long, with a liner helping to add to the warmth, and a pad under the bag. The second night in I decided to wrap my bag in an old rectangular bag I had brought as back up. With both, I was warm enough. But as I tried to settle in, The zipper on this bag got stuck. No warning, just completely jammed. By the time I woke up in the morning the zipper was open on both sides of where it had jammed, and still won't move. I will definitely be returning this bag, and never purchase one of F&S products again. November 25, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5áby It's okay Unfortunately all the seams are cheaply made - the zipper came off the sleeping bag and the front seam came apart so I could see the lining. Disappointing, but since I know how to sew, not a problem. I sewed it up, and now is keeps me nice and warm. So only buy if if you want to fix it. Now that it's fixed though, I anticipate many happy years with it November 29, 2012
