Drain Plug There is a black rubber drain plug located in the front of this boat, under the rubrail. When you have the boat out of the water, remove the plug, tip the boat onto its nose and the water will drain from between the deck and the hull. September 18, 2012
Cheap and fun but... Great, cheap boat. Horrible thrust and steering- come on, it is a pedal boat. But very stable and the kids can get in and out- no problem. However, I've used the supplied rain cover when not in use and I know there is water inside the boat and I don't know how to get it out. I don't think there is a way. It is sitting tilted in the water after fully bailed and is now much heavier than I recall. The boat is taking on water and I don't know what to do about it. There is no way to bail the inside properly. If you get it, store it OUT OF THE ELEMENTS because it cannot deal with the outdoors. Otherwise, great fishing platform and I feel very safe for little ones. July 29, 2012
Fun for everyone We have had this boat about a month and have used it nearly every day. We have a small stock pond on our property for livestock and for fishing. This boat is perfect for us. I only have one slightly negative thing to say...it is not easy to install or use the cover. You have to install these snaps on the sides (not as easy as they claim) and you really need two people to put the cover on. However, if you have another way to store the boat or don't care if fills with water during a rainy stretch, then this will not be an issue for you. The boat is fun, easy to use and easy to guide in the water. The rear seats do not fit adults well, but the adjustability of the seats help. Two adults can load in a full size pick up bed to transport. Overall, a good buy. Glad we got it. June 8, 2012
