Rated 5 out of 5áby This fooled me Hi - I am a mid size male Smallmouth Bass and I was enjoying my day lazily swimming in the Columbia River when this noisy, colorful and shaky product swam near me. It angered me so I bit it. Opps! Turns out it was not a real little fishy and that it was attached to invisible line. I don't know what happened after I was yanked out of the water (I vaguely recall photos being taken), but fortunately I ended up back in the river. I tried to warn my buddies, but they refused to listen and they too experienced a trip to the waterless dimension. I encourage Rapala to create pink versions of this fake fishy rattle thingy so as to be used on my ever so nagging bass of a wife. They say she is a keeper. July 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby "DEADLY IN MY ARSENAL!!" It's Spring and time for lipless..I just added a WINNER!! Already more fish in the boat.. EXCELLENT fall, body, swim and catchability.. I love this crank!!! June 6, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5áby It can't get any better... This lure has never failed me. I purposely fish it in conditions, not prevalent for catching fish, and it has never failed me. I really didn't want to give a review for this lure because many other fishermen have not learned of it's fish catching ability. Rapala, the only way you can beat this, is to design a lure, that chases fish, and swims into their mouth... May 7, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5áby Haven't used it yet. Haven't used it yet. August 14, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5áby It caught my eye I haven't use it yet but I purchased it because of the detail if I were a bass I'd strike it April 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Rapala Rippin' Rap is a Great Lure. Rapala Rippin' Rap is a Great Lure. Bass love it, it does not dive too deep. Great Lure! January 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Good bait to have for many types of fish Great multi-species bait with a yo-yo type retrieve. I've caught bass, pike, muskie, drum and walleye from inland lakes and rivers. December 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby hard bait to loose Great bait with tight wobble on fast retrieve. Catches good bass in the right water conditions. August 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great Action I was really surprise with how good this Rapala cast and moves in the water. Great action, easy to cast in tight spots, and looks very real in the water. I truly love this crank bait. July 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby Great movement and diving Overall I really like this lure. I've gotten several strikes on it each time I've used it, though in all honesty I have yet to actually hook a fish. Great movement in the water with a nice wobble that a variety of fish seem attracted to (have had interest from bluegills, sunfish, smallmouth bass, perch, and even a northern or two). The depth varies depending on speed of reeling in, and I've been satisfied with it's performance both on a boat and off the shore. July 8, 2014
