good short to middle distance shoe
I run exclusively in Asics: Gel Kayano for long runs and a variety of other Asics for junk runs and shorter distances. I became interested in this shoe when S***** Authority advertised it at a special price. I had never purchased from Dick's before but decided to try them after reading a very impressive article on the company in a financial journal. Imagine my surprise when I found Dick's selling the same shoe for $20.00 less! I ordered it and it arrived in 3 days. I was glad that no color substitution was made. I put them on and went right out for a 3.5 miler with no at home break-in. It has excellent cushioning and good stability. For me, the most impressive thing is not about the shoe but about the laces. I've tried them all: Tri-laces, bungees, coils, etc., but the ones that came on this pair are the best ever. They have a grip-type surface that holds tight with a single knot. No more hassling when untying double knots. This shoe may have to be replaced closer to 300 miles than 500 but at the price it's still a great value.

Great running shoe
I have had these shoes for a few weeks now and really enjoy them. They are the first Asics I have owned. I wear them every morning for a 2.25 mile dog walk and run the same distance a couple times a week. The shoes are very comfortable. My feet, legs, and hips feel great after my runs and I've improved my pace. I definitely recommend them for runners or people spending long amounts of time on their feet.

light with fully support stability
I am happy to have this product. Since it was a pretty great deal, I did mot expect the quality. However, I hoped the item a good quality and I got one with great price and quality.

OK but not up to par
I previously owned a pair of ASICS and totally loved them, the comfort, the fit and the appearance. The ASICS that I ordered online were not nearly as comfortable nor did they fit as well as the previous pair and I do not like the white sole appearance. I am okay with them but not totally over joyed like my previous pair of ASICS that I purchased in Cleveland, Ohio back in 2011.

Great shoe at 50% off...$37.99
I bought this pair of shoes at 50% during their on-line Black Friday deals. It was too good of a deal to pass up. I would suggest you buy a half size to full size larger than you think you wear with Asics. I had to return these for a size larger...they are well padded and I needed a little extra space.
