Reliance Fold-A-Carrier 20L Water Carrier 2.5 5 10 10
I would avoid this product Probably one of the worst water carriers I have ever seen or owned. I purchased 2 for a trip to the white mountains. The first one had it's handle tear right through the plastic. Both of them had a slight leak at the start of the trip, but it turned into a major leak rendering the container worthless. My suggestion would be to use gallon jugs. Much more durable and less likely to leak. May 16, 2013
Not good quality Started leaking on first use. The plastic is not sturdy enough. April 25, 2013
Started Leaking in a One Day I dont recommend this product due to leaking on my first trip with it. August 9, 2012
Exactly what I was looking for. I haven't used it yet, but it is the same brand and design as my other water carrier that I have had for 20 years. It is BPA free and NOT made in [*]. I was pleased to purchase a Canadian product...the next best thing if not made here. July 30, 2012
carrying handle failure we purchased two of these water carriers for our recent camping trip. both carrying handles failed in the walk back from the pump. the product is inadeqautely designed for it's purpose. July 23, 2012
Ok for what it is. Using this is a bit of a challenge while camping. When the container is full, then it is fine, as it empties out it becomes unstable and ends up falling off of the table or counter. It is great for saving weight and space, but feels unsturdy when holding as much weight as it does. Overall, it is good for an emergancy water container. If you are looking for something a bit more beefy then a hard container is the way to go. July 23, 2012
Excellent This works great. Had no problems with it. Great product. June 26, 2012
Collapsing water jug. I use this product for wilderness camping. I live how light weight this product is. It fits perfectly in my hicking bag. It takes up minimal room and has a handle to help carry all the water. This product has a few flaws. The cap comes oppen occasionally and handle can't hold all the weight of a full container. So I fill it up 90% of the way. May 28, 2012
Split on a fold After filling it the first time, I placed the full carrier on the ground and a 6" split developed on an area that had been folded in its original packaging. The good news is that this manufacturer gives a lifetime warranty with this product (that's why "2" stars), but the splitting event occured the day after I bought it, so Dick's didn't hesitate to take it back. A lifetime warranty doesn't necessarily indicate a quality product, so after returning it, I bought another brand (which was more money) because I felt the Reliance brand's reliability was questionable. You frequently use products like this in the middle of nowhere, so reliability was more important to me than a good warranty. I'll see how the "other" brand works out. May 16, 2012
Good for one time use. It is refillable but after one light use it devloped a slow seeping leak. April 17, 2012
