Nike Free Run 3 I got this shoe for track and it was a very comfortable shoe but two things. The first thing is that it doesn't have an ark and the liner isn't durable. Other than that I think this is a very good running shoe. April 20, 2013
Smooth Light weight and smooth for the first run. Conformed to my foot immediately. Only draw back is the tongue slides to the outside of the shoe. Could be just my foot. April 16, 2013
Nike Not Stable The shoe looked great and was flexible but: 1) With no laces, it was hard to get the shoe on 2) The shoe seemed to be out of line -- it didn't look aligned 3) It made my ankle bow to the outside. My foot did not feel stable in or supported by the shoe. April 16, 2013
free run +3 The shoes are very light and flexible. I purchased them to wear casually and not to run in. As far as for running, these shoes offer very little in support. For serious runners I would examine the different options available in better running shoes. I received great service from the employee at Dick's. They did not have my size there asnd he placed calls to other local branches and ground me my size. Nice touch. April 16, 2013
