Doesn't stick very well.
Since my backpacking partners and I work in a hospital we normaly use tegaderms for blisters and they adhear very well. However, the Blister Medic treatment is only good for starting campfires. They just do not stick.

Most useful on hotspots when hiking.
Put blister medic on before the hike on places where you have had blisters before.
